YY2000-B has dynamic simulation diagram, cabinet temperature and humidity control, live display and locking intelligent voice error prevention function. It can also be configured with RS485 digital communication, high-voltage live self-test function, phase verification/electricity test detection port, and can be configured according to the The user's control requirements require the installation of corresponding control transfer switches (including lighting switches, energy storage switches, remote/local transfer switches, opening and closing transfer switches) on the device to simplify the screen layout.

Installation method

For screen embedded installation, open a rectangular hole of 119mm (horizontal) x 179mm (vertical) and four 3.5mm bolt mounting holes with a spacing of 129mm (horizontal) x 189mm (vertical) on the panel, and install the YY2000 from the front -B After installation, fix it with 4 MX38 bolts from the back.

Precautions

When installing and using the YY2000-B device, please pay attention to the following points:
1. The dynamic analog indication input part (terminals 1#~7#) must be a passive dry contact, and the connection of live lines will damage the device.
2. The connection between the temperature and humidity sensor and the device must be correct and reliable, otherwise the device will always be in a heating state.
3. When it is necessary to conduct a high-voltage test that is more than 2 times the nominal voltage, please unplug the high-voltage live display terminal on the device first, and then short-circuit the high-voltage live display terminal and the high-voltage test short-circuit module matching the device before conducting high-voltage testing. Test to prevent abnormal overvoltage from damaging the device.

Ordering instructions

When ordering, users need to fax or email the primary system diagram to our company, indicate the specific model and quantity of the ordered product, and specify one or more of the following functions:
1. Dynamic simulation diagram (with circuit breaker) Indicate whether energy storage indication is required)
2. Temperature and humidity control inside the cabinet (controlled by one or two temperature and humidity sensors)
3. High-voltage live display and live lockout:
4. B485 communication interface. Our company will make a product plan based on the primary system diagram and the user's specific requirements. Customization will begin after the user confirms the plan.
